So, I stand corrected, it's not a cold but bronchitis. Much fancier, much worse.
Still I managed to make an Epiphany gallette with a girlfriend's help on Friday. It's terribly decadent with it's nearly four stitcks of butter and almond filling...
Funny how coughing up a storm does nothing to curb my appetite, nothing at all.

I'd have to be blowing a lung before it would effect my appetite for THAT delicious looking pastry. Yummo! I can feel the calories from here.
