CHICKPEA SEWING STUDIO

 

A few weeks ago, through Sarah Winward's journal I learned of a strange and wonderful event called a Flower Potluck Dinner organized around the world by Kinfolk magazine. Sarah was the host in her new studio space which she shares with photographers Britt and Peter Chudleigh and Leo Patrone. It is located on the south side of Pioneer Park right here in Salt Lake City. All the attendees brought with them bunches to share, some from their own garden. 

 

 

I hoped to have a handful of poppies but only one bloomed and I had to supplement with interesting tulips, grape hyacinth and purchased ranunculus.

 

 

 

 

I want to re-arrange my take home bouquet out of its mason jar tomorrow morning and shoot it properly, stay tuned!
