Thanks for posting this! I am going to recommend this book to the parents of a two year old who is extremely fussy and picky about what he eats.

I'm British and was surprised to read that 'we' introduce our children to a wide range of food sooner than you. My boys have always been good eaters, and will basically try anything! Now at 4 and 7 they literally eat everything we eat. I have always strived to cook just one meal for the entire family, adding more seasoning, spices and herbs etc to the adult portions later if necessary.

Thanks for this review and for the new blog! My 14-month old only wants to eat cheese and toast and bananas. Luckily he still nurses, so I'm not as worried about his nutrition, but he needs more variety now and especially once we start weaning. I'm fresh out of ideas and can't wait to read yours!
