This what happens when you chop up a very-expensive-never-worn-even-once maternity-dress, make a elasticated waist and call it good:
Former Mimi maternity dress, Express Cardigan worn with Costco brown tank, Franco Sarto heels, Vintage necklace I inherited from my great aunt Odette, she was a complete fashion plate, I wish she was still around to give me some tips! Drawings are a gift from my oncle Pierre-Yves, he on the other end is always in his fine artist uniform of loose grey-ish clothe.
I am warming up to the headless pictures, it's one of bloganistas rules, although many ignore it. The immediate advantage is that you don't even have to wash you hair, hehe!
I got the idea of standing up on a chair from Dottie Angel. It's the most adorable blog and she really rocks some amazing outfits. Did I mention her shoes... (salivating madly).
You didn't wear it even once!!!! Its a gorgeous fabric and makes a great skirt so I hope you'll wear it lots now ;o)

Awesome redo! Perfect use for the maternity dress. I had at least one maternity outfit that was just so damn cute, but not on a real body like mine.
PS I refuse to let my husband see this photo, he has a thing for chokers...
