Sunday is my experimental makeup day and today was no different. While shopping for food this morning, I noticed that my local supermarket caries Ardel lashes. Dropping a few boxes in the cart I thought "why not?" I added a cheap lash curler for good measure.
After spending the better part of an hour trying to put them on, I resorted to cut each lash in half and use only the 'outside' part. It's easier that way. Once they are on, comes the tricky part of hiding the glue. I resorted to smudging an Urban decay pencil across the lid. It's not a subtle look but to go out to dance it would be perfect. Unfortunately for me, I never go out to dance and the only place I need to be today is IN-N-OUT for grilled cheese sandwiches and fries. I am sure to attack some 'what wrong with her' looks unless I wear sunglasses. That's the plan!
