Thomas let me pick these green hearings from the Sundance Catalog for Mother's day. They are called Tropical Tears, and that's how bad I wish I could be in the ocean right now... warm, blue ocean...ummm.

I just love this holiday. It's very close to my B-day and this way I can celebrate something fun instead of my ridiculous anxiety about aging... Being a mom is such an awesome permanent thing. As in, no one can take that away from you, even on days when you can't wait to get rid of your kid!
Urban Outfitters had this really cool photo contest this year. You would send in pictures of your mom, most pictures are from the seventies. Here are two of my favorites:

What a beautiful gift! Motherhood is Awesome - even on days when your 12 year old daughter is yelling at you about something you can't do anything about. ;D
