On wednesday I met my namesake flower, The Juliet rose and it was love at first glance. After Sarah's workshop (see previous post) we were invited to purchase hand-tied bunches (very affordable bunches). She threw in a handful of extra roses and greens in mine. I had but a few minutes on Thursday morning to arrange them in a vase, before running out the door for a toddler's swimming lesson so I gave myself this challenge:
Use an odd shaped vase, new from West Elm / minimal cutting of any stems / no fussing!
I will most likely switch the vase soon, but it was fun just going for it with no great concern further than placing the stems in water and mentally replaying Wednesday's demonstration

Oh my! My very own little Juliet adores orange and would love this rose that sharea her name. I might have to see if I can get hold of one to plant in the garden. Thank you!
